Job summary

A growing mental health organization in Georgia is seeking a passionate LPC-S to work directly with clients and supervise pre-licensed counselors. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, creating treatment plans, and developing creative interventions. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in behavioral science, 5+ years of clinical experience, and strong communication skills. This position offers a competitive salary of $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year with flexible work from home options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical experience with LPC licensure and supervisor training.
• Proficient in completing intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs, create treatment plans, provide therapy, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Supervise pre-licensed counselors working toward full licensure.
• Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Develop creative interventions to help clients meet their goals.
• Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week (including supervisees).

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client needs, create treatment plans, provide therapy, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Supervise pre-licensed counselors working toward full licensure.
• Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Develop creative interventions to help clients meet their goals.
• Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week (including supervisees).
• Coordinate with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other staff as needed.
• Attend clinical meetings and trainings.
• Perform other duties that support the clinic’s mission and operations.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field.
• 5+ years of clinical experience with LPC licensure and supervisor training.
• Proficient in completing intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to set healthy boundaries.
• Comfortable working with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus).
• Ideally credentialed with insurance panels.
