Ellie Mental Health in Georgia seeks a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our Columbus multi-clinic team. You will evaluate and diagnose mental health conditions, develop treatment plans, document thoroughly, and collaborate with a dynamic care team.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in behavioral science, current LPC licensure, experience with assessments, treatment plans, and case notes, plus familiarity with Valant or similar EHR and Office 365.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral science or related field required.
• Current LPC licensure and ability to diagnose and treat.
• Experience documenting assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Proficiency with EHR systems (Valant a plus) and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose mental health conditions and create treatment plans.
• Maintain thorough documentation and case notes.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a care team.
• Manage a caseload with professional boundaries and ethics.
• Coordinate with case managers, families, and school or medical staff as needed.
• Attend clinical meetings and trainings.
