Job summary

Mindful Therapy Group seeks licensed or soon-to-be licensed associate therapists to join our Colorado network. You will receive structured supervision, referrals, and administrative support, enabling you to build a private practice while you work toward full licensure.

We support ethical care, timely documentation, and a collaborative provider community, with in-person opportunities across our Colorado offices and Westminster location.

Qualifications

• Active or pending associate-level clinical license in good standing.
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, create treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy under supervision.
• Commitment to ethical care, supervision, and timely documentation.
• Willingness to build your private practice while working toward full licensure.
