Mindful Therapy Group is seeking associate therapists in Colorado who want to build a private practice with strong supervision, mentorship, and operational support. We provide referrals, credentialing, and a collaborative clinical community to guide you through licensure and beyond.

You will work in a supportive environment with office space, secure EHR tools, and ongoing coaching to help you grow your caseload and achieve professional goals.

Qualifications

• Active or pending associate-level license in good standing.
• Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, create treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy under clinical supervision.
• Commitment to ethical care, supervision, and timely documentation.
• Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching.
• Availability to serve clients and grow caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy under supervision and guidance.
