Qualifications

• Cleared criminal background check and signed statement regarding felony indictments/convictions.
• Cleared TB test results (current within 12 months before employment).
• Cleared pre-employment drug screen.
• Working cellular telephone.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling services under supervision.
• Assist with intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Implement therapeutic interventions aligned with evidence-based practices.
• Monitor client progress and report concerns to the supervising clinician.
• Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with licensing and agency requirements.
• Support clients in developing coping skills, emotional regulation, and behavioral strategies.
• Participate in supervision, training, and professional development activities.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other providers.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.
• Comply with HIPAA and agency policies.
• Maintain professional boundaries and ethical conduct.
• Attend required supervision and staff meetings.
• Support agency mission and client-centered care approach.
