Job summary

A mental health organization in Midlothian, VA is seeking a fully licensed Therapist to join their growing practice. This is an in-person, W2 employee position offering competitive pay ranging from $60 to $70 per clinical hour, along with flexible scheduling options. The ideal candidate should possess a Masters Degree and an unrestricted LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license in Virginia. Responsibilities include providing therapy, conducting assessments, and maintaining client confidentiality within a supportive team culture.

Overview

Counsel RVA is seeking a Therapist to join our expanding practice. We provide counseling to teenagers, adult individuals and couples in Midlothian, VA and the greater Richmond area. This is an in-person, W2 employee position. We are looking to hire fully licensed clinicians (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) who are passionate about serving individuals and couples with excellence and care.

Base pay range

$51.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Minimum Qualifications

• Masters Degree in relevant field
• Unrestricted LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Virginia
• Eligible to work in the United States and commute to location
• Strong foundational clinical skills and treatment planning abilities
• High professionalism, ethics, and reliability
• Successful background check prior to onboarding

• Currently paneled with insurance a plus (not required)
