Ellie Mental Health, PLLP is looking for a skilled therapist in Pennsylvania to join our growing team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $85,000 per year with flexible scheduling that allows for both remote and in-person work. Responsibilities include maintaining a caseload of 25 clients per week, developing treatment plans, and serving a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families. We prioritize creativity and collaborative approaches to mental health care.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a master's degree from an accredited institution.
• Required to be a licensed mental health professional (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• Experience with developing treatment plans and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Coordinate services with various personnel as needed.
• Attend all clinical staff meetings and training.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in social work or one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Required to be a licensed mental health professional (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Prefer candidates with creative and innovative approaches to mental health
• Prefer experience with children, adolescents, and teens
• Preferred experience with couples and families
