Job summary

Otterbein Staffing Agency is seeking caring and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team and support residents across Otterbein’s living options. You will direct resident care, collaborate with physicians and a multi-disciplinary team, and provide physical and psychological support to residents and families.

You will have flexibility in where, when, and how often you work, with shifts including 12-hour and 8-hour options.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved nursing program.
• Valid Ohio LPN license and CPR.
• At least 6 months of direct care nursing experience; long term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise and evaluate resident care.
• Assist with safety assurance for residents and nursing staff.
• Communicate with nursing, other departments and service providers.
• Exhibit positive professional image to residents, visitors, and facility staff.
• Perform related tasks as required.

Our LPNs direct resident care, collaborate with physicians, residents and multi-disciplinary team members and provide physical and psychological support to residents, families and team members.
