Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking caring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Ohio. You will direct resident care, collaborate with physicians, and work with a multidisciplinary team to provide physical and psychological support to residents, families, and staff. Available shifts include 12‑hour and 8‑hour options.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved nursing program.
• Valid Ohio LPN license, CPR.
• At least 6 months of direct care nursing experience; long term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safety assurance for residents and nursing staff.
• Communicate with nursing, other departments and service providers.
• Exhibit positive professional image to residents, visitors, and facility staff.
• Perform related tasks as required.

Our LPNs direct resident care, collaborate with physicians, residents and multi-disciplinary team members and provide physical and psychological support to residents, families and team members.
