Job summary

Palms Care Center in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team. You will provide skilled nursing care to residents, including administering medications and wound care, following physician orders and facility policies.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, monitor residents’ conditions, document outcomes, and ensure timely communication with the medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by our medical staff
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to our medical staff and other members of the care team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and services provided
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in nursing care
