Job summary

Five Star Nursing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our care team. The role offers 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11am-7pm shifts with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits. You will administer medications, assess patients, and document progress in a supportive, compliant environment.

We value bedside skills, CPR/BLS, and active LPN licensure, with a commitment to timely payroll and a dedicated onboarding team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Strong patient assessment skills and clinical competency.
• Ability to administer medications as prescribed.

Responsibilities

• Administer patient medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Assess and record symptoms and progress in patients.
• Document clinical observations and ensure accurate charting.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care on shift.

Hourly Pay Rate: $40

LPN/ Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Currently holds an active state issued LPN license
• CPR/BLS Certified
• Strong patient assessment skills and demonstrated clinical competency.
• Administer patient medications as prescribed by the treating physician.
• Assess and record symptoms and/or reactions and progress in patients.
