Description We are immediately hiring for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) - full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available.

Shift Hours: 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am

Key Responsibilities

• Assist CNAs in performing ADLs and routine care
• Conduct resident/patient treatments
• Administer medications according to physician orders and care plans
• Submit pharmacy orders
• Accurately document and record all information
• Administer injections as prescribed
• Monitor resident health and communicate conditions to RNs, supervisors, and physicians
• Take vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, weight)
• Perform basic care such as wound cleaning and bandaging
• Manage IVs and start IV drips
• Monitor fluid and food intake/output
• Observe and report incidents and skin breakdowns
• Assist with admissions process as directed
