Job Description

We are immediately hiring for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in full-time, part-time, and per diem roles. Shifts are from 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist CNAs with ADL and routine care
• Conduct resident/patient treatments
• Administer medications as per physician orders and Care Plan
• Submit pharmacy orders
• Document and record all relevant information accurately
• Administer injections and monitor resident health
• Take vital signs and perform basic care tasks like wound cleaning and bandaging
• Manage IVs and monitor fluid/food intake and output
• Observe and report resident conditions and incidents
• Assist with admissions as directed
