Job summary

The Utah State Hospital in Provo, Utah is seeking licensed practical nurses to join our professional treatment team, delivering compassionate care to mentally ill patients across ages and abilities in a modern facility at the foot of the Wasatch mountains.

We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus for new full‑time LPNs and a competitive salary of $25.04 per hour for in‑office work. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with a dedicated nursing team and opportunities for growth.

Sign‑On Bonus

$2,000 sign‑on bonus for new full‑time LPNs. Payments will be paid out by the first six months of employment after signing a year‑commitment contract.
