Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet residents' nursing and rehabilitation needs.
• Maintain resident care plans for all under care.
• Follow physician orders and provide nursing care and treatments.
• Transcribe orders promptly and accurately.
• Review and document patient records daily.
• Document complete nursing notes and visit residents daily.
• Maintain awareness of residents on alert and report findings.
• Administer medications as prescribed and manage drugs safely.
• Initiate emergency procedures when needed and ensure safety.
• Demonstrate proper safety techniques and maintain supplies.
