• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent licensure.
• Current LPN license in the state of practice; must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.
• BLS required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., IV Certification within 1 year may be required depending on unit.
