Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time role to support patient assessments, coordinate care, and provide education alongside RNs and the care team.

You will monitor patient progress, ensure safety, communicate changes, and participate in unit activities. Mercy offers benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, PTO, tuition support, and retirement plans for 32+ hours per pay period.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current LPN license in Arkansas (or eligibility to obtain).

Required

• Current LPN license in the state of Arkansas (or eligibility to obtain).
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Preferred

• IV certification and other unit-specific certifications as required.
• Previous clinical nursing experience.
