Mercyhealth seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for inpatient care in our Wisconsin facilities. This PRN role involves providing prescribed treatments, monitoring patients, and collaborating with RNs to execute the plan of care.
Responsibilities include administering medications per policy, documenting patient care, and recognizing emergencies. The position requires licensure and CPR/BLS certification, with on-call and variable shift schedules. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Graduate of an accredited LPN Program OR Wisconsin: Have completed the portion of the RN Program needed to obtain a certificate of completion in practical nursing. Illinois: Have completed the designated curriculum of a Ladder Option Approved Designated RN Program. Experience in clinical setting preferred.
Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in state of practice Approved CPR or BLS certification required within 90 days
