Healthcare Staffing Professionals, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in a skilled nursing facility. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience as an LPN and be able to meet submission and compliance deadlines. Immediate contact is encouraged. We offer weekly pay, competitive rates, and benefits.

Location: Fairmont, WV

Contract Length: 6 months with potential extension

Pay Rate: $30/hour standard, $33/hour travel ($23/hour + $10/hour stipend)

Shifts: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, full-time, including weekends and holidays

Schedule: 2-2-3 cycle (two days on, two days off, then three days on, then off)

Overtime: After 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist nursing staff with patient care, including treatments, medication administration, and record keeping
• Take vital signs, collect specimens, and perform services within scope of practice
• Document accurately in electronic medical records
• Screen patients, assist in examinations, and educate patients
• Provide comfort, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with physicians
• Assist with activities of daily living and testify in court if necessary
• Respond to inquiries while maintaining confidentiality
• Complete IV therapy and venipuncture training if assigned to acute care
