Job summary

Emerald Care Center Southwest in Oklahoma City seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, direct nursing care to residents. You will assess needs, administer medications, and support the healthcare team under the DON/Charge Nurse.

Join a team in a skilled nursing facility with PPE and safety protocols. You will collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapists to deliver attentive, personalized care and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LPN/LVN program is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and report changes to the Charge Nurse/Director of Nursing.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
