Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care under RN supervision.
• Administers medications and treatments.
• Performs direct nursing services and ADLs.
• Draws blood and starts IVs per MD order; cares for PICC line per guidelines.
• Delegates tasks to nursing assistants and supervises when assigned.
• Records and reports pertinent information; communicates with families and other staff.
• Takes and records vital signs; transcribes MD orders and coordinates with pharmacy.
