Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• LPN license with Nebraska registration or compact state recognition.
• CPR certification within three months of hire.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Pre-employment background checks and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hands-on nursing care and educate residents.
• Document assessments, care, and observations in medical records.
• Supervise assigned staff and orient/train agency personnel.
• Observe medication effects and report adverse events.
• Accompany physician on rounds and assist with exams and treatments.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy laws and regulations.
