Responsibilities

• administer medications in compliance with regulations and company guidelines.
• May assist with admissions including assessments and documentation.
• Develop and update acute and long-term care plans or service plans.
• Track clinical information (e.g., wounds, infection control) under director guidance.
• Provide health-related consultations and notify physicians or family of changes.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and maintain staff communication.
• Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• May handle discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed.
