Job summary

Willow Branch, proudly managed by ClearView Healthcare Management in Warren County, is hiring LPNs and RNs for full-time, part-time and PRN day and night shifts. You’ll join a warm, supportive team dedicated to excellent resident care.

We offer a $6,000 sign-on for full-time hires, quarterly raises up to 5.5%, tuition reimbursement, 401K, shift differentials, DailyPay, and PTO accruals with a comprehensive benefits package. LPN or RN license in state required; LTAC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in State.
• At least one year of experience as LPN/RN in long-term care preferred.
• Able to work flexible shifts (days/nights) and collaborate with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care and monitor patients' conditions.
• Record and communicate patients' vital signs and care information.
• Administer medications and document administration per policy.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse (LPN/RN) Responsibilities:

• Utilizes genuine and positive communication to make each patient feel informed, understood, and special.

• Pursues activities with focus and drive, defines work in terms of success, and can be counted on to complete goals.
• Adherence to standards of business conduct and compliance.
• Consults and coordinates with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans
• Prepares and administers (orally, subcutaneously, through an IV) and records prescribed medications. Reports adverse reactions to medications or treatments in accordance with the policy regarding the administration of medications by a licensed registered nurse.
• Records patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitors and adjusts specialized equipment used on patients, and interprets and records electronic displays.
• Initiates corrective action whenever the patient displays adverse symptomatology
• Provides bedside care for a wide variety of medical patients.
• Changes dressings, inserts catheters, and starts IVs.
• Prepares equipment and aids physician during examination and treatment of patient.
• Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards and protocol.
• Participates in discharge planning.
• Utilizes time management skills.
• Records all care information concisely, accurately, and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format, and on the appropriate forms.
• Performs other position‑related duties as assigned, depending on the assignment setting.

Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse (LPN/RN) Requirements:

• Current LPN or RN license in State.
• At least one year of experience as an LPN or RN in a long-term care setting preferred.
