What You'll Do:

1. Resident-Centered Assessment: Conduct assessments and document changes in residents' health.
2. Care Planning: Develop and update care plans with the healthcare team.
3. Supervision & Delegation: Oversee and guide CNAs and Resident Assistants.
4. Assistance & Procedures: Support residents with ADLs and medical procedures, including wound care and injections.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate medical records.
6. Build Relationships: Create a warm atmosphere through engaging interactions.

What You Bring:
