Job summary

Nexus at Westmont is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality resident care in a long-term care setting. You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Available shifts include 7am-3:30pm (Full & Part Time), 3pm-11:30pm (Part Time), and 11pm-7:30am (Part Time). Prior long-term care experience is preferred; CPR certification and an active Illinois LPN license are required.

Qualifications

• Illinois LPN license is required and must be in good standing.
• CPR certification is required. Basic nursing skills and patient care experience are expected.

Preferred Qualifications:
