Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
• Perform various medical procedures, such as phlebotomy and EKGs, as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with members of the healthcare team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
