Job summary

TRUST HOME CARE INC in Maryland seeks a licensed practical nurse to provide pediatric home health care in accordance with each client's plan of care. The role is full-time, in-person, with shifts on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and requires careful attention to patient safety and documentation.

You will collaborate with registered nurses, administer prescribed medications, support families, and participate in discharge planning and in-service programs.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure with pediatric focus required.

• Proven experience as LPN or similar role
• Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with hospital health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures
• Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
• Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology
• Good knowledge of MS Office and data entry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and able to handle stress
• Successful completion of LPN license program is a must
