Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses transferred to state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component); company may assist after hire.
• Current TB skin test (within last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
