Our per diem staff are vital to ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention at all times. As a per diem nurse, you will work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, providing skilled nursing care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment

• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
