About the Role:

As a Per Diem LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, individualized care to our patients on a day shift schedule. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, assess patient needs, and administer medications and treatments. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities:
