Job summary

Callen-Lorde Community Health Center in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a Per Diem role to support primary care providers and deliver general nursing care.

You will assist with triage, provide patient services, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with the nursing team while keeping a flexible schedule of 10–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• New York State LPN license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to use basic software.
• Experience in outpatient clinical settings is preferred.

About the Role

Callen‑Lorde is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse–Per Diem to joinour integrated team. As an LPN you will play a crucial role in assisting primary care providers, including physicians and mid-level providers, in delivering top‑noten patientcare. Your responsibilitieswill include providing general nursing care, assisting with triage, offering patient services and providing clinicalsupport.

Work Schedule

This is a Per Diem position requiring a flexible schedule of 10-20 hours per week.Clinic hours are Monday and Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM;Wednesday and Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday: 10:00AM - 4:45 PM.
