Job summary

Callen-Lorde Community Health Center seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join an integrated team. You will assist primary care providers, deliver general nursing care, triage patients, and support clinical operations with professionalism and confidentiality.

The position is full-time with three morning shifts (8am-5pm), two evening shifts (12pm-9pm) weekly, and a rotating Saturday (9am-3pm) once per month. Strong computer skills and Spanish/English bilingual ability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have NY LPN license and CPR certification.
• Two years experience in an outpatient clinical setting preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Excellent patient care and confidentiality.
• Strong computer competency required.

Responsibilities

• Assist primary care providers in delivering patient care.
• Provide general nursing care under supervision of healthcare professionals.
• Assist with triage procedures and patient assessments.
• Offer patient services with empathy and professionalism.
• Provide clinical support in various healthcare settings.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the Nursing team.
