Job summary

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an LPN or multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing care under supervision to standards.
• Assists with preparation of equipment and with provider during treatments.
• Collects assessment data and documents in patient records.
• Orders and gathers diagnostic tests as directed and reviews results.
• Schedules procedures and obtains necessary authorizations.
• May administer injections or medications and collect specimens.
• Other duties as assigned.
