Signature Healthcare, MA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support the healthcare team under physician supervision. You will assist with patient care, documentation, medication administration and education to ensure smooth office flow.

Requirements include MA LPN license, current BLS for Healthcare Providers, 1–2 years of LPN experience preferred and Meditech experience, with strong teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
• Licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers completion.
• Meditech experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• The LPN is responsible for assisting the healthcare team with care and management of patients during visits, including care, treatment, documentation, education and medication administration to maintain efficient patient flow.
• Assist the physician or other clinical staff with procedures, treatments, specimen collection and communication to patients.
