Soldiers Grove Health Services in Wisconsin seeks aLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a resident-centered care team. Under supervision, you will assess, implement, and evaluate plans of care for a group of residents, delivering nursing care with accuracy and empathy.

Active LPN license and CPR are required; experience in skilled nursing is preferred. Training is available for new graduates, with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling across shifts.

Qualifications

Summary:
