Job summary

North Shore Health in Soldiers Grove, WI seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our resident-centered care team. Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, you’ll provide nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.

Active LPN license and CPR certification are required. We offer flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits for full-time or part-time staff, and shift differentials for PM/NOC to support work-life balance.
