Clark-Lindsey Village, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care to our residents at our Urbana, IL campus. The role involves medication administration, care plan updates, and collaboration with CNAs, therapists, and leadership to ensure high-quality care.

We value strong clinical skills, compassion, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and families. This is a non-exempt, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care to our residents. As an LPN, you will assist with the delivery of personalized nursing care, monitor residents’ health, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Benefits and Compensation

The pay range for this position is $33.85 and up, per hour, and is based on experience. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.

Differentials in the amount of $1.50 per hour are paid for any shift worked between the hours of 7:00pm and 7:00am. (CNA, RA, LPN, RN)

Job Requirements

• Per the Illinois Department of Public Health, all team members must receive the annual influenza vaccine (exemption requests will be reviewed). We also encourage team members to get the latest COVID-19 vaccine.

• Must have an active Illinois nursing license.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English Language.
• After training, nurses may float between departments to optimize resident care needs.
