Job summary

DeCoach Recovery Centre in Dayton, OH is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for the 7am-7pm full-time day shift in a residential addiction treatment setting. You will provide hands-on nursing care, administer medications under physician direction, monitor vitals, and support intake and medical assessments as part of an interdisciplinary team.

You'll educate clients on medication adherence, participate in care planning, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.

• Compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patients.
• Proficient with computer-based documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care in residential treatment.
