Works under direction of Registered Nurse (RN) and requires substantial knowledge of skilled licensed practical nursing procedures to provide care for residents. Responsibilities include:
Mandatory overtime is required.
License to practice nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse issued by the Ohio Board of Nursing; MDS certification issued by ANNAC.
