Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Gastroenterology at the Lakewood Care Center in Holland, MI. You will work under RN/physician supervision to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of an approved Nursing Program is required.
• MI Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) is required.
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days is required.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care under supervision.
• Informs patients and families about treatments, medications, equipment, and related activities.
• Documents care provided in patient records in accordance with guidelines.
