Corewell Health in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking an experienced LPN for its Vein Center to support ambulatory outpatient procedures. The role focuses on direct patient care, preparation, and coordination with the care team to ensure efficient patient flow.

The ideal candidate is an LPN with ambulatory experience, BLS and NRP certifications, and a passion for vein patient care. Day shifts, no weekends, and a collaborative team environment are offered.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Successful completion of orientation program.
• LPN licensure issued by the State of Michigan upon hire.
• Valid driver's license required.
• BLS certification (90 days) and NRP certification preferred.
• Ideal candidate is an LPN with ambulatory/outpatient experience.

Responsabilidades

• Under the direction of the RN / Mid-level Provider / Physician, contributes to assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Provides direct patient care under supervision, in accordance with policies and unit routines.
• Informs patients and families about treatments, medications, and equipment.
• Documents care provided in the patient record.
• Communicates with patients/families and collaborates with health care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Cleans patient environment and reports equipment malfunctions.
• Documents chargeable items per standards.
• Participates in quality monitoring activities and upholds patient privacy and confidentiality.

Educación

High School Diploma or equivalent

Vocational/Technical nursing program graduate

LPN license - State of Michigan

BLS certification

NRP certification

Valid Driver's License
