Job summary

Corewell Health Vein Center in Grand Rapids is seeking an LPN to support ambulatory vein and vascular clinic procedures. This role focuses on direct patient care, documentation, and collaboration within a small ambulatory team.

The ideal candidate is an LPN licensed in Michigan with BLS, ambulatory/outpatient experience, and a passion for patient-centered care. Day shifts, no weekends, and a supportive, quality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Successful completion of competency-based orientation.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Michigan.
• Driver's License - Michigan.
• BLS certification required.
• NRP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care under supervision.
• Provide direct patient care under the direction of the RN/Provider.
• Document care in the chart and coordinate with the care team.
• Inform patients and families about treatments and medications.
• Ensure privacy, confidentiality, and security of patient data.
