Job summary

Riverbrook Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support short term rehabilitation and long-term care services. In collaboration with the Unit Director, the LPN develops and implements individualized nursing care plans and participates in daily unit operations.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program, holds an active Georgia license, and has experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the Georgia State Board of Nursing.

Riverbrook Healthcare is hiring a LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Position Summary

In conjunction with the Unit Director, the Licensed Practical Nurse utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. He/she assists in the orientation of and supervision of nursing personnel, attends to the daily operations of the unit on per shift, unit level, and assumes responsibilities of a leadership role as needed.

Requirements

1. The Licensed Practical Nurse must be a graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing and must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
2. Experience is preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing
