SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC is seeking a Full Time LPN for the Cabarrus County Jail in North Carolina. The role runs 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a rotating schedule and night/weekend differentials.

Compensation is $29.00-$30.00 per hour, with full benefits including health coverage and paid time off. As a licensed practical nurse in NC, you will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with a healthcare team to provide compassionate care to

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted North Carolina LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong assessment, organization, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently while remaining a dependable member of the healthcare team.
• Professional communication and sound clinical judgment.
• Compassionate approach to patient care.
• Correctional healthcare experience welcome, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing nursing care, assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
• Monitoring patient conditions and identifying changes that require attention.
• Responding to urgent and emergent medical needs.
• Communicating patient concerns and changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Maintaining accurate electronic medical records and documentation.
• Providing patient education and reinforcing treatment plans.
• Following established nursing protocols and standards of care.
• Working collaboratively with nurses, medical providers, and correctional staff.
