Brooklyn Center is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Brooklyn, NY

We are seeking qualified LPNs to join our team at Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. The position offers a competitive pay structure including a base rate of $31.94 per hour, with an additional 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts. The non-union rate is $40 per hour.

Responsibilities

1. Collect required information from new residents for admission.
2. Record health details, including vitals and temperature.
3. Administer medications and injections as needed.
4. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
5. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required.
6. Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
7. Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements

1. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
2. Valid LPN State license.
3. Good standing with the State Registry.
