Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our team at Lancaster Correctional Institution in Florida. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of RNs and medical staff, addressing a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Requirements include an LPN license or ability to obtain one, CPR certification, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• LPN license or ability to obtain one required.
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under supervision of RNs and medical/psychiatric staff.
• Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs within the facility.
