Job summary

Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, ME, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for Medical Surgical, Coronary Care Unit, and Emergency Services. This full-time role offers Day, Night, and Evening shifts with a 3 x 12-hour schedule and pay ranging from $27.00 to $30.75 per hour, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Candidates must hold an LPN/LVN license, a high school diploma or equivalent, IV and BW certifications within 90 days, and a current BLS card.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license required.
• IV certification and BW certification within 90 days of hire date.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

The LVN/LPN provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring clinical competence within the scope of practice in accordance with state requirements. In collaboration with the healthcare team, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LVN/LPN works to maintain safety, provide patient comfort and care and improve the overall patient experience in the MST setting.

Pay Transparency

Central Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $27.00 to $30.75.
