Central Maine Medical Center Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) for our Medical Surgical, Coronary Care Unit and Emergency Services teams. This full-time position offers day, night and evening shifts, with a 3 x 12-hour schedule and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Pay ranges from $27.00 to $30.75 per hour, with comprehensive benefits. Locations include Bridgton Hospital, Central Maine Medical Center, and Rumford Hospital.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.
• IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire date.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Work experience in health care preferred.

Responsabilités

• The LVN/LPN provides direct and indirect patient care services within the scope of practice. Work with the healthcare team under RN supervision to maintain safety, comfort and improve patient experience.

Responsibilities

The LVN/LPN provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring clinical competence within the scope of practice in accordance with state requirements. In collaboration with the healthcare team, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LVN/LPN works to maintain safety, provide patient comfort and care and improve the overall patient experience in the MST setting.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.
3. IV certificationandBlood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire date.
4. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
5. Work experience in health care preferred.

Pay Transparency:

Central Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $27.00 to $30.75. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
