Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including therapists and physicians, to develop and implement personalized care plans.

About the Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care to our weekend residents. Working closely with our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for:
